Steps of purchasing

1. Before Inquiry
    Please read FAQ (Purchase, Payment Method, Delivery and Cancellation and Return) before you complete the Inquiry Form.

2. Price of the art work
    Usually, the prices of the art works shown on our website do not include the cost of frame, packing, shipping and insurance. If you would like us to arrange these services for you, please let us know and we will send you an estimate. In some cases, the price of the art work has already included either (or both) cost of packing or frame. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests.

3. Inquiry Form
    If you have an artwork that you are interested in, please click the Inquiry button to complete the Inquiry Form.

4. Estimate
    After receiving the Inquiry Form, we will send you an email with the estimate of your inquiry and an Order Form

5. Return the Order Form by email or Fax.
    In the Order Form, please include your personal information such as your billing information, shipping information, and selection of payment method, as well as the card detail (for those who choosed to pay with credit card) etc, if you have not done so in the Inquiry Form. Please send us the Order Form by fax or email. Please note, only Order Form sent by fax or email can constitute formal sales agreement. 

6. Sales Agreement
    On receiving your Order Form as described in 5, we will send you an confirmation email. We deem the sale agreement to be reached when you received the confirmation email.

7. Payment method
    If you choose to pay by Wire Transfer, we will send you the invoice by email. Please pay by the due date. If you choose to pay by Credit Card, we will charge the amount when we ship out your purchase.
    <Wire Transfer>
    Payment should be conducted in Japanese Yen. Please pay by the due date mentioned in the confirmation email. We will ship your items to the address you’ve requested after confirming the receipt of your payment. Bank transfer fee is paid by the buyer. If the artwork is out of stock after you’ve completed your payment, we will inform you immediately and return your money.
    <Credit Card>
    We will inform you the amount of the payment due in Japanese Yen in the sales agreement before we charge your credit card. If the artwork is out of stock after you’ve completed your payment, we will inform you immediately and return your money. 

8. Shipping of your purchase
    When we ship your item, we will inform you the Fedex Tracking Number in order for you to check your delivery details through Fedex’s website. The ownership of the artwork is transferred to you when you receive the artwork.
    Please note that you are requested to pay import duty of your residential country upon the arrival of your shipment. The amount is based on your country's tax regulations.

Cancellation and return

We do not accept cancellation and return after the sales agreement has been reached. However, if you’ve received the wrong item or if there is a flaw or damage, please contact our customer center by email or by fax within 2 weeks after the artwork has arrived. We will not accept any claim and refund requirement after the artwork has been delivered to your address for more than 2 weeks.
Shipping and insurance costs

Buyer is responsible for the shipping, insurance and import duty costs.
Exclusion of liability

We, Tagboat, is not responsible for any damage caused by delayed of delivery. In any cases, please contact the shipping company directly

2.	作品的價格Price of the art works
顯示的價格不包括畫框、包裝、運送和保險的費用。如您需要這些服務，我們可以另外安排並將費用合併至您的估價單中。部分作品已包含包裝費用或裝框費用（或兩者）。若有疑問，歡迎與我們聯繫。

3.　詢問Inquiry
若您在作品頁面中發現您喜愛的作品，請點選「詢問」按鈕並填寫詢問單。

4. 估價Estimate
在收到詢問單後，我們將在回信中包括其估價及購買訂單

5. 在收到您透過電子郵件或傳真發送的購買訂單後，我們將正式接受您的下單。
如您還未在詢問單中填寫您的個人資料例如付款資訊、送貨資訊以及付款方式等，請附上您的資訊。如您選擇以信用卡付款，請附上您的信用卡資訊。接著，請您購買訂單以電子郵件或傳真方式發送給我們。只有透過傳真或電子郵件發送的購買訂單才能構成正式訂單。

6. 銷售協議Agreement of sale
   在收到您的訂單時（陳述於第五條），我們將會向您發送確認之電子郵件。當您收到此郵件時將視同您同意此銷售協議。

7. 付款方式Payment method
    如果您選擇以銀行轉帳方式付款，我們將透過電子郵件發送出貨單給您。請於出貨單上所標示之日期內完成付款。如果您選擇以信用卡付款，我們將於出貨後完成扣款。
＜銀行轉帳付款＞ <Wire Transfer>
所有費用將以日元計算。請於確認信件中所標示之應付期限內完成付款。我們將於確認收到您的款項後將您所購買的物品寄送到您指定的地點。銀行轉帳手續費將由付款人負擔。如在您完成付款後發現作品缺貨，我們將迅速通知您並將款項退回。
＜信用卡付款＞ <Credit Card>
我們將在銷售協議中通知您應付之日元金額。接著我們會從您的信用卡上扣取此筆金額。如在您完成付款後發現作品缺貨，我們將迅速通知您並將款項退回。

8. 運送您所購買的作品Shipping of your purchase
當我們寄送出您的作品時，我們將會通知您Fedex的查詢編號，供您至Fedex網站上查詢運送狀態。作品的所有權將在您收到作品時轉移至您本人。請注意當作品入關時您必須要繳納您所在國家之進口關稅。此金額將根據您所在國家的稅法之規範來計算。

取消及退貨Cancellation and return

當銷售協議完成後我們將不接受任何取消或退貨。但如您收到錯誤的作品或如果品質有瑕疵或損壞，請於作品送達您指定地址後的兩周內，透過電子郵件或傳真與我們的客服中心聯絡。若超過作品送達您指定地址後的兩周，我們將不會接受任何索賠或退款之要求。

運送及保險費用Shipping and insurance costs

運送、保險及進口關稅將由買方負擔。

責任免除條款Exclusion of liability

我們，TAGBOAT，不負擔任何由運送公司運送的延遲所產生之損害。此乃運送公司的責任。
