ガラスコップに、水と、屈折率が水とほぼ同じゼリーを入れる。その中に真鍮線を入れる。それらは沈んだり水面に浮いたりすることなく水の中で実際に浮遊している。
鈍く輝く線と白い面という単純形態の集積と屈折率という不可視の力によって作り出された透明な余白は互いに引き立て合い、強いコントラストを生む。
